Ace

Adopted

Ace is a permanent resident because we promised him.  We received a call about him being left unattended while his elderly owner was hospitalized with what was ultimately a terminal disease.  Apparently the neighbors were trying to help but were throwing bad hay over the fence and the pot belly pig who was the companion to Ace was eating everything.  Ace is missing most teeth and as a senior requires a special soaked senior diet.  Needless to say, the pig got enormous and Ace quite thin.  He is 23 and a very appreciative, nice gentleman.

Update 2009: Ace is fat, happy and healthy.  He lives with Annie and Lauren and is extremely happy!  Photos coming!

Update 2010 Ace gets younger each year we think!
